Photos may show equipment, serial numbers, nameplates, job sites, or loading access. Please do not upload documents or images containing information unrelated to the equipment evaluation.

The website may also collect basic technical and usage information, such as the page visited, device or browser information, and conversion events such as starting or completing a quote form. Conversion events do not include the contents of your quote fields, your contact details, or the images you upload.

How we use information

We use submitted information to identify and evaluate surplus electrical equipment, communicate about a potential purchase, plan inspection or pickup logistics, maintain business records, protect the website from misuse, and improve the quote process. Submission of a quote request does not require you to accept an offer or complete a transaction.

Storage and service providers

Quote records are stored in the website's secured database. Uploaded images are stored in managed cloud storage. The website also uses service providers for hosting, email delivery, owner notifications, analytics, and security. Those providers receive information only as needed to perform the applicable service. We do not publish submitted photos or use them as marketing material without separate permission.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell the personal contact information submitted through the quote form. Information may be shared with carriers, riggers, inspectors, professional advisers, or other service providers when reasonably needed to evaluate or complete a proposed equipment purchase, comply with law, resolve a dispute, or protect the business and its users. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable business or legal requirements.

Security and your choices

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You may ask what contact information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required for a legitimate business or legal purpose.
